When I do not have a fixed address, I can choose an administrative domiciliation address that allows me to receive my mail and carry out my procedures for accessing rights. Domiciliation is particularly necessary to have health coverage, financial aid, etc.
- If I am accommodated in an accommodation structure : I can request to be domiciled by my accommodation structure and to receive my mail there.
- If I do not have accommodation, if I am staying in a hotel or with someone else: I can apply for a domicile with the Social Action Community Centre (CCAS) of the municipality where I live, or where I have ties (where my children's school is, where I am medically monitored, etc.) or in associations that offer this service. Approved associations may have specific criteria for domiciliation and may refuse to domicile me if they no longer have any space.
⚠️ To be domiciled by the CCAS I must be able to demonstrate that I have a link with the municipality: school, work, medical follow-up...
In Paris, to be domiciled by the Social Action Center of the City of Paris (CASVP) I must make an appointment online.
