If I want to acquire new knowledge or skills, I can follow professional training .
To find training, I ask my France Travail advisor (formerly Pôle Emploi) , Mission Locale or CAP Emploi who can support me in my search. I can also get information in one of the employment and training information centers available on Soliguide.
If I have been employed in France or am an employee, I can find on the website of my personal training account the training offers that I can finance through this means.
Professional training sometimes has a significant cost but there are financing and compensation possibilities during professional training :
- if I am a job seeker registered with France Travail (formerly Pôle Emploi), at the Mission Locale or at CAP Emploi I can benefit from training financed by France Travail (formerly Pôle Emploi) or by my Region and not have to pay for my training. Depending on my situation, I can also benefit from compensation from France Travail (formerly Pôle Emploi) or the Regional Council to enable me to follow my training.
- if I am an employee or have already worked in France, the money available in my Personal Training Account (CPF) allows me to finance training activities, during the contract or after losing or leaving a job.
I can also find out on the Afpa website about the mechanisms that can allow me to finance training.
