115 is the single number for centralizing emergency accommodation requests. By calling 115 I will be sent directly to 115 of the department from which I am calling.
Please note: calling 115 does not provide access to a long-term accommodation solution. To find a long-term accommodation solution, I contact a social worker.

If I am in contact with a social worker, he can apply for accommodation with me from the SIAO, the service which manages the allocation of accommodation places.
I can make a request for accommodation from the SIAO with a social worker if I am poorly housed, accommodated, or on the street.
