If I am under 26 years old and I wish to be supported in my professional project , I can register with France Travail (formerly Pôle Emploi) and/or the Mission Locale.
The Local Mission can help me define a professional project and find a job or training that corresponds to this project. I register with the local mission closest to me in my department (the one where I live or the one where I am domiciled).
If the realization of my professional project requires that I follow periods of training or unpaid internship, the Local Mission can allow me to benefit from financial assistance . In return for this help, I undertake to follow periods of training, job search or even internship depending on the project defined with my Mission Locale advisor.
💡 I can benefit from financial assistance, depending on my income and the decision of my Mission Locale or France Travail advisor (formerly Pôle Emploi). In particular, I can benefit from an allowance of up to €520 per month if I benefit from the Youth Engagement Contract . I can also benefit from a financial allowance if I join an Integration Program through Language Acquisition (PIAL) offered by a Local Mission.
The Youth Engagement Contract (CEJ) can be offered to me by France Travail (formerly Pôle Emploi) or by the Local Mission, among others, and consists of intensive support of 15 to 20 hours per week towards employment and training . This support may entitle you to an allowance.
The Local Mission or France Travail (formerly Pôle Emploi) can also direct me towards an Economic Activity Integration Structure where I could benefit from an employment contract and social and professional support if I encounter difficulties particular conditions for access to employment.
💡 If I am entitled to unemployment benefits from France Travail (formerly Pôle Emploi), I can be registered both with France Travail (formerly Pôle Emploi) and at the local mission to have support adapted to my situation.
