💡 I have the right to be accommodated throughout the duration of the evaluation of my minority by the Departmental Council.
- If I am supported by the ASE , I have the right until I reach the age of majority to accommodation, support from a social worker and to be educated. I also have the right to benefit from health coverage for my care.
- If the department considers that I am of age, I can appeal to the judge to assert my minority and be supported by the ASE. To be supported in my appeal, I can request help from associations. The department's services must give me a letter mentioning the fact that I am considered an adult. I can then request accommodation from 115 . During the appeal, I am not accommodated by child welfare.
